 Avoid using your nails to open cans, bottles, or other objects.

Avoid using acetone-based nail polish removers as they can weaken the bond between the nail and the BIAB. 

Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents when cleaning your hands. 

Wear gloves when doing any kind of manual labor or housework. 

Avoid soaking your nails in hot water for long periods of time. 

Moisturize your hands and nails regularly to keep them healthy. 

Avoid picking or peeling off the BIAB.
