• Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents when cleaning your hands. 

• Wear gloves when doing any kind of manual labor or housework. 

• Avoid soaking your nails in hot water for long periods of time. 

• Moisturize your hands and nails regularly to keep them healthy. 

• Avoid picking or peeling off the BIAB. 

• Visit your nail technician every 2-3
