Sleek Nails – Booking Policy

 

Appointments

    •    I do not infill work completed by other nail technicians. Please ensure you book a removal + fresh set if required.

    •    Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

    •    Please ensure you are booking the correct service. Any appointments booked incorrectly will be adjusted to the correct service and price accordingly.

 

Pricing

    •    Prices are subject to change.

    •    Any appointments booked under the incorrect service or pricing will be amended to reflect the correct treatment cost.

 

Repairs & Refunds

    •    No refunds will be issued after your appointment.

    •    If you are unhappy with your nails, please let me know before leaving so I can resolve this for you.

    •    I offer free fixes within 24 hours of your appointment.

    •    After 24 hours, fixes will be chargeable.

    •    Repairs required due to external factors (e.g. damage, breakage, misuse) will be charged at £5 per nail.

 

Cancellations

    •    Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged at 100% of the total treatment cost.

    •    Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in being unable to make future bookings with Sleek Nails.

 

Deposits

    •    All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will have to pay 50% of the total treatment cost 

  • If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up to your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of the total treatment cost. 

  • FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN NO FURTHER BOOKINGS WITH SLEEK NAILS.
